Prices displayed are subject to final approval at the time of order fulfillment. Images are shown for representational purposes only. In the event TFG Technology Solutions, LLC is unable to provide an actual image of a product, they reserve the right to substitute a similar image for the one described in the product information. While TFG Technology Solutions, LLC tries in good faith to make sure that the information displayed is accurate, they are not responsible for typographical errors or technical inaccuracies. This disclaimer in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer's warranty, if any. Parts listed as “Upgrades” can only be purchased with the purchase of a system. Any order for an “Upgrade” part without the purchase of a computer system will NOT be honored. If payment was made, it will be refunded back to you, but if payment was by credit card, may take several billing cycles to appear on your statement. If payment was made by check, it will be returned to you. Parts sold without systems are tested and guaranteed not to be DOA (Dead on Arrival). Please be sure that the part being purchased is compatible with your system. TFG Technology Solutions, LLC is not responsible for the misapplication or misuse of any parts. Unless explicitly stated in the item description, no manufacturer warranty applies. To ensure the best prices to our customers, TFG Technology Solutions, LLC does not maintain a help desk to address installation issues.

Privacy Policy
All transactions conducted through our website are safeguarded using the SSL standard. TFG Technology Solutions, LLC does not sell, share, or distribute customer information to anyone. From time to time you may be asked to participate in a customer feedback survey, but you will have the option to remain anonymous should you choose to be a participant.

Shipping & Delivery
TFG Technology Solutions, LLC ships using the U.S. Postal Service, however, items may be shipped by a variety of carriers. P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses cannot be supported. Signature may be necessary upon delivery. Shipping costs given apply to the contiguous United States and to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping to U.S. territories and protectorates is not supported. International shipping is not supported at this time. Orders are processed upon receipt of payment. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order and payment. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone, e-mail, or mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order. Estimated shipping times are provided on our website on the individual product listings. For example "usually ships in 1-2 business days", "…3-5 business days", "…5-7 business days". The number of days the order takes to reach you depends upon the shipping method you chose and your location. For example, if you chose an item with an availability of "1-2 business days" and you choose a shipping method of "2 Day Air", your order will reach you in 3 or 4 business days. Ground Shipping can take between 3 and 10 days, depending on what part of the country you are shipping to (East Coast is the shortest, West Coast takes the longest). "Business days" do not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Some items may list a stock status of "temporarily out of stock". This means we are waiting for our next shipment from the manufacturer or supplier. We receive daily shipments from our various distributors.

Warranties
30 Day “Bumper-to-Bumper” Warranty All systems purchased at TFG Technology Solutions, LLC come with a complete 30 day warranty. If there is a problem with your system, please send an email to support@TFGTECH.com detailing the problem. If your issue cannot be resolved via email, then a TFG representative will contact you to arrange shipping, and repair or replacement of your system. All sales are final. There are no refunds. Unless explicitly stated in the item description, no manufacturer warranty applies. The 30 Day Warranty begins the day your system is delivered to you. This warranty is non-transferrable. 90 Day “Hardware” Warranty All systems purchased from TFG Technology Solutions, LLC come with a 90 day warranty on hardware. This is limited to the LCD screen, hard drive, disk drive, floppy drive, ac power adapter, battery, and keyboard. If there is a problem with your system, please send an email to support@TFGTECH.com detailing the problem. If your issue cannot be resolved via email, then a TFG representative will contact you to arrange for the return, repair, and if necessary the replacement of your system. All sales are final. No refunds. Unless explicitly stated in the item description, no manufacturer warranty applies. The 90 Day Warranty begins the day your system is delivered to you. This warranty is non-transferrable.

Return Policy
If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please call us immediately at 1-888-TECH-TFG. Emailing is not effective for this purpose, as your order may ship before we can respond to your email. Once your item has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and there are no refunds. We will make every effort to allow for trade-ins and upgrades after your purchase.

Miscellaneous
Pricing Guaranty Prices on systems are guaranteed to be the lowest available. TFG Technology Solutions, LLC works hard to bring you the absolute lowest prices, so if you have found a better price for an item, we will do everything possible to meet or beat that price. Please send an email to sales@TFGTECH.com, and one of our knowledgeable sales reps will research and respond to your request within 48 hours. Price matching is only applicable to identical conditions of sale, and must be offered with at least a 30 day warranty. The item must be in stock at a dealer (not a floor sample, demo piece, as-is, auction result, or from an individual) and not be a club "members price" or typographical error. This offer is good any time prior to purchase, and extends for SEVEN days after the order is placed. If you see a qualifying product for a lower price, you must furnish the advertisement or website to pricematch@TFGTECH.com either prior to purchase, or within SEVEN business days after purchase. A TFG Technology Solutions representative will research your request and respond within THREE business days. If applicable, you will be offered the qualifying product for the same price found, or if possible, up to 5% less than the lowest price found. If you’ve already paid for the item, a refund will be processed. Please allow FOUR to SIX weeks for processing and delivery of your refund. Payment Methods On our Website, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover through PayPal. If you would like to order from TFG and pay by Check or Money Order, Click Here to print out an order form, and follow these instructions: Use the website to pick out the products you want. Enter the Quantity, Item Number, and Price for each item. Write down separately the shipping price of each item (you will find this on the full product description page by entering your Zip Code in the Shipping Estimator tool). Total up the charges for the items and for the shipping on each item. If the shipping total comes out to less than $4.95, then round it up to $4.95 (that's the shipping minimum for all products). Follow the directions on the Ordering Form; the instructions for paying by check are the same as for paying by Money Order. The address to mail in the form and your payment are on the form. Foreign Credit Cards: If you are paying with a credit card that has a billing address outside of the U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO, please fill in as much information as you can, and then put the rest (actual country, etc.) in the "Order Comments" field.
